Ornate wrasse

Hawaïan name : Pa'awela

The ornate wrasse is generally found in stony and sandy coral reefs. If threatened or when it wants to sleep, the ornate wrasse buries in the sand.
It feeds on crustaceans, invertebrates or alguae.
The ornate wrasse is found in Hawaii and around as well as in central Polynesia.
